About Us
Founded in 2023, Law for the Fine Arts is a Bocconi Students Association focused on the ever-growing interconnection between law and art. As such, its range of activities regards “art” in its broader sense, thus embracing - without being limited to - the areas of visual, literary, and digital art.
The cross-disciplinary study is undertaken by a group of students who are eager to gather professionals, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, lawyers, and leaders of the art industry. Such a direct interaction will contribute to the creation of a top-tier network and will prove invaluable as a means to foster collaboration and initiatives on aspects like IP, cultural heritage protection, art market regulations, and AI.
Additionally, within LFA’s scope of work, its editorial represents an intellectual cornerstone providing a platform for thoughtful insight in the form of articles, interviews, news and debates.
